We are Forge Skin , a fast‑scaling, performance‑driven DTC skincare brand built for global growth. We’re seeking a Sales Manager to lead and grow our customer acquisition and revenue strategy. You’ll own the tele‑sales process end‑to‑end — from managing closers and optimizing conversions to developing strategies that increase customer lifetime value and retention.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of E‑commerce tele‑sales closers focused on upselling and cross‑selling to existing customers.
- Develop and execute E‑commerce tele‑sales strategies to increase revenue, average order value, and repeat purchase rates.
- Monitor daily tele‑sales performance, ensuring the team consistently meets and exceeds targets.
