OOAK Photography is looking for an experienced and passionate Sales Manager to join our team!
Location: Chennai
Experience: 2+ years in Sales (Wedding/Event industry preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
•⁠ ⁠Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly revenue targets.
•⁠ ⁠Handle inbound leads and convert them into successful bookings.
•⁠ ⁠Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
•⁠ ⁠Build and maintain strong client relationships.
•⁠ ⁠Monitor team performance and provide regular training and guidance.
•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
•⁠ ⁠Track sales metrics and prepare performance reports.
Requirements:
•⁠ ⁠Proven experience in sales management.
•⁠ ⁠Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
•⁠ ⁠Target-driven with excellent team management abilities.
•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
