Sales Manager – Utility‑Scale BESS

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute local sales strategies for utility-scale battery energy storage systems (BESS), achieve annual sales and project target goals in Brazil market.
Identify potential large-scale energy storage project opportunities, track tender announcements, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Build and manage long-term partnerships with local power developers, EPCs, investment funds, utility companies, and industry distributors.
Lead commercial communication, technical solution docking, quotation, contract negotiation, and project closing for large energy storage projects.
Monitor Brazil’s energy storage market policies, grid codes, competitor dynamics, and industry trends, and provide regular market analysis and sales strategy optimization reports.
