We are currently seeking a Sales Manager in Training located in (Bonita, CA). As a Sales Manager in Training, you will be trained in every aspect of the Sales Manager position by shadowing the Sales Director, other Sales Managers, as well as other key personnel.
The Sales Manager Trainee is responsible for coaching our Sales Staff – acting as their primary reference regarding customer service and satisfaction, prospecting, product knowledge, sales presentations, closing skills, prices, terms, paperwork, and sales guideline interpretation.

This position will equip you with the tools and training necessary to become a successful Sales Manager.
