TPS Sales Manager
Basic Salary: £36,000
Bonus: £4,000 Plus
National dealership group requires a Sales Manager to run their Trade Parts Centre supporting the Midlands area.
This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record of managing and motivating sales teams, preferably in a B2B or call centre environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, coaching team members, and driving performance across the board.
Benefits include company car scheme and pensions.
Working hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday plus alternate Saturday mornings (8am to 1pm).
