Sales Manager – Tooling

Objective

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Candidate will be responsible for business development in French-speaking Switzerland, German-speaking Switzerland, France and Germany, in accordance with the company's policy and strategy.

Main Responsibilities

• develop new customers and business opportunities by identifying potential markets and strategic partners;
• carry out up‑selling activities on the existing customer portfolio, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty;
• collaborate with Management to define sales strategies and growth targets;
