Brandt Tractor Ltd is currently seeking a Sales Manager - Small Ag & Turf for our Ponoka Agriculture location. The Sales Manager is responsible for leading equipment sales strategy, team development and territory performance. This position is responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability by building strong customer relationships, managing key accounts, and identifying new market opportunities.

What You Will Be Responsible For

Sales Strategy and Leadership

• Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies, including sales quotas, budgets, and forecasts to maximize gross margin and market share.
• Develop and implement quarterly and annual sales plans and programs for territory sales managers and sales staff.
