Role Overview

We are hiring a Sales Manager for the Mortgage–DSA vertical, responsible for driving business through DSA channels, managing partner relationships, and achieving mortgage business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop DSA partners to generate Mortgage/LAP/HL business


• Achieve monthly acquisition and revenue targets


• Train and support DSAs to ensure quality sourcing


• Conduct regular market visits and maintain strong local network


• Ensure compliance and documentation accuracy


• Strengthen portfolio quality through consistent monitoring
