**About The role**:
We are seeking a dynamic** Sales Manager** to lead sales efforts in **Norway** and other regions, focusing on Enghouse Locus products tailored for the public safety sector, including Police, Fire Brigades, and Healthcare. This hybrid role combines client visits with strategic planning, requiring exceptional communication and sales expertise. You’ll drive demand by educating prospects on industry trends, crafting innovative solutions, and executing winning strategies to secure new business and boost revenue.
**What you will be doing**:
- Promote the company’s services and solutions to drive growth with new clients through external relationships and networks with public and private transit agencies;
- Manage complex sales; including navigating transit authority/government organizations and multiple selling strategies and have experience managing RPF processes;
