1 To drive sales & margin goals for your territory predominantly through direct approach to key accounts & major infra players in the market as well as government agencies and ensure a sustainable growth rate
2 To manage and maintain a sales pipeline capable of delivering the budget

3 To build and grow enduring and profitable customer relationships

4 To collaborate with engineering, finance and operations and ensure smooth project delivery for the customer

5 Experience of sales in the infra & heavy industry segment in construction supply industry

6 Proven knowledge and job site experience in Indian construction market

7 Excellent communication skills
