Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the real estate sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Develop sales strategies and action plans to grow market share.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Oversee listings negotiations and deal closures.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to design effective campaigns.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with legal and ethical standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the real estate industry (minimum 5 years).
- Strong knowledge of the local property market and real estate laws.
