Sales Manager

TheSales Manager (Retail and HORECA) leads and motivates a sales team to reach revenue goals by developing sales strategies, setting targets, training and coaching staff, managing sales pipelines, and reporting performance to upper management. Key responsibilities include hiring, training, and evaluating sales personnel; developing sales plans and budgets; collaborating with other departments; and analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure customer satisfaction.
