Sales Manager, PF

Responsibilities

1. Principally responsible for managing a team to acquire PF and PF-I, and cross sell products and to achieve the assigned team targets.
2. Resolve day to day operational issues and monitoring service standard.
3. Developing a high performance organization.
4. To achieve monthly SOP of RM245K for PF and RM650K for PF-i as per allocated headcount.
5. Working with team members to ensure sales target are achieved.
6. Conduct sales meeting with team members to review individual / team performance, sales activities & KPIs and to discuss other matters related to sales.
7. Ensure team members achieve a high standard of motivation and performance through:
   • Coaching and guiding sales staff to deliver maximum sales volume.
   • Monitoring and communicating results achievement via sales review meeting.
