Sales Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Used Car Sales Manager to lead our used vehicle department. The role involves managing inventory, overseeing appraisals and merchandising, motivating, and developing the sales team, and driving sales growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, strategize and manage performance and activities for the used car department to achieve sales target, increase sales volume and profitability.
• Responsible for appraising, purchasing, reconditioning, displaying, and merchandising the used vehicle inventory.
• Forecasts goals and objectives for sales, gross and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis.
• Ensures customer retention and the profitability of this profit center by recruiting qualified sales personnel.
• Motivate, guide, and monitor the performance of all used-vehicle sales personnel.
