Sales Manager Peripheral & Neurovascular Benelux (m/f/d)

At Penumbra, we are driven by innovation, collaboration, and a shared purpose — to improve patients’ lives through advanced medical technologies.We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Regional Sales Manager Peripheral & Neurovascular – Benelux, ideally based in Amsterdam, to lead and further develop our Peripheral & Neuro Vascular business across Benelux.This is a highly hands-on, field-based player-coach role, leading from the front through strong customer presence, active case support, and close collaboration with the sales team to drive execution and set high performance standards.You will lead a strong, established sales team while remaining deeply involved in day-to-day commercial activities. In close collaboration with the Senior Sales Manager UK& Benelux , as well as Marketing, Clinical, and Market Access teams, you will translate regional strategy into effective field execution and sustainable growth.
