Job Description
The Sales Manager will lead the development and execution of strategies to generate warm leads, strengthen existing sales channels, and ensure the performance of the sales team meets targets. This role oversees Account Managers (AMs), Business Development Managers (BDMs), and Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to drive consistent revenue growth and alignment across sales and marketing functions. The Sales Manager will report directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and manage AMs, BDMs, and BDRs to achieve quarterly targets.
- Develop and optimize multi-channel strategies (outbound calls, AM activities, marketing collaborations etc.,) to generate warm leads.
- Strengthen existing sales channels and identify new opportunities for lead generation.
- Develop KPIs for BDMs and AMs, ensuring performance alignment with overall sales goals.
