Sales Manager

Sora is one of the fastest-growing corporate labor compliance and AI SAAS companies in Mexico. We’ve doubled in size year over year, are fully profitable, and now it’s time to scale to the next level. With strong Marketing and Growth teams generating a steady flow of leads, we’re looking for a Sales Manager who can dramatically increase our conversion rates and help us 4x our growth in the next 12 months.

This role is an exciting challenge for someone who knows how to build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales organization.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full sales operation, from pipeline management to closing new business.
• Drive strategic improvements to the demo-to-sale conversion from 8% to 25% using proven sales methodologies.
• Build, lead, and mentor a team of Account Executives (3 today → 7 in the next 12 months)
