Role SummaryThe Sales Manager (SM) coaches, leads, develops and guides Oncology Product Specialists, driving improved performance and capabilities in generating clinical demand for Oncology brands. The SM identifies business opportunities, presents value propositions aligned to stakeholder needs, recommends solutions, and drives business development. The SM manages individual territories/tumours, delivering sales results for those areas and developing strategic relationships with the Multi‑Disciplinary Team (MDT) Decision Making Unit (DMU) and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for any part of AZs...
