Job Description

- Lead, manage, and develop the sales team to achieve business targets
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies from planning to on-site implementation
- Identify and drive new business opportunities in collaboration with the sales team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and interior designers
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support business growth
