Top performers in this role earn PHP 80,000–150,000+/month in commissions and incentives.

What you will do

• Recruit, onboard, and manage 3–5 Sales Executives in the Lipa cluster
• Hit monthly and quarterly targets through trippings, open houses, and lead conversion
• Serve Batangueño buyers, OFWs, and emerging middle-class families investing in their first home
• Monitor team KPIs, coach underperformers, and recognize top sellers weekly
• Work with marketing to align digital campaigns with local buyer behavior
