Cakes & Bakes Sales Executive Program is a fast-track career development program designed to develop and polish the skills of fresh graduates. To serve this purpose, we have designed a 06-month extensive working experience for two year fresh graduates (B.com, BA or ADP), leading to the permanent role of Cash officers.

Sales Executives (on Floor) will be trained on Customer Service and Financial management so to acquire positions of cash officers and then upper positions following career path planned specifically for them.

• To ensure customer greetings when gets in contact with a customer in branch

• To ensure cleanliness and hygiene of product display counters
• To ensure packing of bought products in shopping bags without any delay
