Position Purpose
Effectively develop and consistently carry out sales strategies for own market to reach personal booking goals and hotel overall financial objectives. Also support the sales team's overall objectives and contribute to the success of Nobu Hotel Barcelona's positioning within the competitive set of Barcelona. Maintain and exceed Nobu Standards to maximize profits and ensure outstanding guest service.
Essential Functions
- Respond to incoming RFPs professionally and positively within 24 hours (via email or call) to close potential business, adhering to Nobu Hotel Barcelona sales standards and prioritizing partners or red‑flag periods (ALHI, CVENT, HB, etc.).
- Follow up on leads by qualifying the customer's needs and event dates to determine fit for the property.
- Take the lead on rate negotiations to maximize market share in events supported by the Revenue Director/Commercial Director and conduct site inspections with exis...
