Overview:
The Sales Manager is an integral part of the team responsible for the day-to-day operations of the sales center. This role involves providing exceptional customer service to existing and new customers while being a team player and champion of our values.
The role of Sales Manager includes receiving training and guidance from the Sales Manager. It also involves coaching from the Vice President of Sales and Marketing to develop skills in sales and customer relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the overall sales process is effective and dedicated to achieving goals.
Contribute to creating and implementing efficient sales and administrative programs.
Meet or exceed sales targets as outlined in the Business Plan.
