Provide customer service issue resolution guidance. Shadow Sales Director and Sales Managers in business meetings, learning marketing and financials.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Responsible for achieving monthly revenue goal and conversion ratio.
+ Develop sales staff skills in prospecting, public speaking skills, closing, product knowledge and pricing, payment terms, closing, electronic contracts as well as sales prospecting. Establish and communicate expectations with sales team while building their skills.
