£50,000 - £60,000 OTE

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the sales department, coaching and developing the team, and ensuring all targets and objectives are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
* Drive new and used vehicle sales performance to achieve departmental targets.
* Monitor and manage sales processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
* Support the team in closing deals and maximising every sales opportunity.
* Manage stock levels, vehicle pricing, and profitability.
