About the Role
As the In-Home Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for recruiting, coaching, mentoring, and motivating a team of In-Home Sales Representatives while helping them maximize their performance in the field.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead by example, work directly with your team on appointments, provide real-time coaching, and help close sales when needed.

+ Review appointments scheduled by the Inside Sales team and ensure proper lead management.
