Sales Manager - Govt & Fleet Sales, North & East

You will be responsible for:

    

**New Business Development:** Identify and pursue new fleet and government sales opportunities (defence, police, state transport, taxi fleets, etc.) to achieve growth targets. For example, prospect major fleets and monitor public-sector tenders (e.g. GeM/eProcurement) to generate bids and convert them into orders.

     

**Key Account Management:** Maintain and grow existing fleet/government accounts by building strong relationships with decision-makers. Implement plans to increase tire fitments and share-of-wallet, regularly reviewing performance and addressing customer needs to ensure sustained business.

     

**Tender & Proposal Management:** Track and manage government procurement processes. Prepare competitive proposals and submissions in response to government RFPs/RFQs/tenders (using portals like GeM, CPP) by coordinating with pricing, legal, and operations teams.
