• Take full ownership of the General Trade (GT) business unit, focusing heavily on driving volume growth with existing wholesalers and distributors while aggressively identifying and opening new markets.
• Lead, mentor, and track the daily performance of a field‑facing sales executive team to ensure territory coverage and volume targets are maximized.
