Scope of Work :
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
- Lead and manage the sales and proposal team to ensure high performance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the renewable energy sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and sales contracts to clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Report regularly to Director on sales performance and market developments.
- Collaborate with the engineering and project management teams to ensure successful project delivery
