A leading pharmaceutical distribution company is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead, develop, and hold accountable a team of National Account Managers while driving revenue growth and expanding market presence. This role combines sales leadership, business development, strategic planning, and team performance management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of 35 sales professionals, utilizing KPIs and performance metrics to drive results.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities with pharmacies, hospitals, long-term care facilities, and other healthcare organizations.
- Manage key customer relationships and support customer retention initiatives.
