Responsible for maximizing the sales team potential, recruiting and training sales staff and running the sales office operations daily.

Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing a sales team of up to 15 team members.

Duties and responsibilities: Increase customer base by meeting/exceeding monthly, weekly, daily sales budgets. Constantly working on filling the lead funnel (lead generation) for the branch. Recruitment and selection of amazing sales brokers, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales brokers. Continuously developing your sales team through training, motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Analyse sales, revenue and expenses reports with management team – constantly aiming for a profitable branch.
