Job Description
Drive sales and business development for corporate gifting opportunities across India. Develop and manage relationships with corporate gifting channel partners, distributors, and aggregators nationwide. Build strong connections with Marketing Managers, Procurement Heads, HR Heads, Brand Managers, and Marketing Heads across pharma and non-pharma organizations. Identify and acquire new corporate clients for employee wellness programs, customer engagement initiatives, promotional campaigns, and festive gifting requirements. Manage end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, negotiations, commercial discussions, order closures, and post-sales relationship management. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution, inventory planning, and customer satisfaction. Develop annual business plans and achieve assigned revenue and profitability targets.
