Job Description

Responsibilities 
1. Sales and Account Management
Development of sales plans and strategies for Surgical Consumables product in Indonesia
Ensure growth of market share for IOL (intra ocular lens) consumables
Conduct business reviews with install base and grow share of wallet for consumables through account development plans for existing install Base.
To increase IOL and Surgical Consumables conversion rates for existing accounts
Achieve and exceed sales and financial targets for Surgical Consumables product in Indonesia.
Manage area/territory to ensure existing and potential markets are well-covered to secure market share and market penetration.
Work and coordinate with distributorship to ensure processes are well handled to minimize complain from the market.
