Job Description
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets, expand the customer base, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
- Set sales goals, track progress, and prepare regular performance reports.
- Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree.
- With at least 5 years experience as a Sales Manager .
