Robeco’s BeLux Sales Team covers wholesale and institutional clients across Belgium and Luxembourg, operating closely with our Rotterdam headquarters. We combine strong links to our investment teams with the entrepreneurial freedom to develop the market locally. To strengthen the team, we’re hiring an experienced Sales Manager to deepen relationships and win new business, with a particular focus on the Belgian insurance broker segment.
Reporting line: Head of Wholesale BeLux. Base: Belgium or the Netherlands (Rotterdam HQ).
Position & Requirements
What you’ll do
Develop the BeLux market: execute the sales plan and drive commercial activity across Belgium and Luxembourg, collaborating closely with the BeLux Sales Team.
Focus on Belgian insurance brokers: build relationships with prospects, understand investment beliefs and needs, and convert opportunities into mandates or flows.
