We are currently looking for an energetic and passionate Business Development Consultant to join our company. Ditto Hire (www.dittohire.com) is a software company based in Cape Town with a strong focus on servicing the recruitment/human resources industry and we are currently expanding to Europe with our first branch opening in Amsterdam.

Requirements

1. New business development experience in software / technology industry


2. Fluent in both English and Dutch


3. Find and manage new leads


4. Build relationships with customers


5. Software sales experience


6. Reach monthly sales targets set by line managers


7. Contact and follow up with prospective clients


8. Manage process flows set out by line managers


9. Ensure agreed KPAs and sales targets are achieved in line with business requirements
