- 11 years of experience in advertising, marketing, consulting, media, business development, or advertising agencies.
- Experience leading a business team or developing business professionals.
- Experience building a book of business.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with regional stakeholders.
**Preferred qualifications**:- People management experience.
- Independent and motivated to work on immersion in a rapidly changing environment, with effective communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.
