Job Summary: Selling and Leasing of Filinvest rawland and prime commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Broker Management

• Recruit, Train, Activate brokers selling rawland, leasing rawland, and selling commercial lots.

Rawland Sales / Leasing, commercial lot sales

• Sourcing and engaging brokers or realty agents to assist with property disposals
• Execute presentation and site orientation to the brokers and agents
• Directly handle clients, negotiate, and close sales and leasing prospects
• Securing of Letter of Intent (LOI)
• Closing deals
• Monitor prospects generation from various sources and progress along the sales funnel
