Role Summary
Cloud Nuro is looking for a Sales Leader in India to build and manage the India-based GTM team. This person will run day-to-day sales execution, manage the GTM/sales managers, drive outbound campaigns, support partner motions, and ensure the team consistently creates qualified pipeline for Cloud Nuro’s Saa S, Cloud, Fin Ops, and AI Governance offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the India GTM team responsible for outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline generation.
- Manage daily sales activities, targets, reporting, and performance reviews.
- Build account lists, campaign plans, messaging, and follow-up cadences.
- Coordinate with US leadership for target accounts, ICP, positioning, and campaign priorities.
- Coach junior sales managers on outreach, discovery, qualification, and CRM discipline.
