We are seeking an experienced Sales Lead to drive growth within Defence Sector markets. This role will focus on building client relationships, leading sales campaigns, and delivering against ambitious targets.
What You’ll Do
- Win and grow high-value, long-term client relationships
- Lead strategic deals from identification to close
- Engage senior stakeholders and articulate clear business value
- Drive pipeline strategy and execute go-to-market plans
- Partner with Marketing to unlock new opportunities
Requirements
- 5+ years’ sales success within the Defence sector
- Strong knowledge of Public Sector / government frameworks & procurement routes (essential)
- Experience in Managed Services / Service Management
- Degree or equivalent
