Sales (In-House) & Admin Executive

We are looking for a motivated and personable Sales & Admin Executive to join our growing sleep solutions team. You will be based in our local studio, helping customers find the perfect mattress, adjustable bed, and bed frame to suit their needs. In addition to sales, you will also support light administrative tasks in the office.

• Greet and consult walk‑in customers in the studio.
• Understand customer needs (sleep habits, space, budget) and recommend suitable products.
• Explain product features, warranty, delivery, and after‑sales care.
• Close sales and follow up on leads (walk‑ins, calls, online enquiries).
