  • Drive momentum: mutual action plans, timelines, next steps to drive deal velocity.
  • Capture value even when “not now”: qualify timing, document the buying window, and—when appropriate—build a clear plan to reconnect (calendar hold, agreed trigger, and next step) so “not today” doesn’t become “never.”
  • Tight collaboration: partner with product/ops/leadership to sharpen messaging, tighten the offer, and win more.
