Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional experience to every prospect, member and guest ensuring every interaction is utilised as a sales and retention opportunity.
• Proactively drive membership sales, renewals, upgrades, and secondary spend including food & beverage, retail and fitness product sales.
• Convert enquiries into memberships through confident objection handling, needs...
