Sales Head

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Head to lead our solar business growth across residential, commercial, and industrial (C&I) projects.



Location: San Fernando, Pampanga

Work Setup: Full-time (Office-based with Fieldwork assignments)

Compensation: Competitive salary + high commission per successful deal

Start Date: Immediate onboarding available



What You’ll Do

-Lead and grow the solar sales team

-Drive revenue growth and market expansion

-Build strong partnerships with corporate, developers, and government clients

-Develop and execute strategic sales plans



What We’re Looking For

-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field

-3–5 years leadership experience in sales (solar, renewable energy, construction, or technical solutions)
