Sales Head (IC)

About the Role

We're looking for a senior sales hunter who already has high-level relationships inside Indonesian banks and can secure a direct meeting with Retail Banking, Collection, or Digital/IT heads shortly after joining — not after months of cold outreach. This role is built around your existing network as much as your sales skill.

What You Will Do

• Leverage your existing relationships to open direct conversations with bank leaders across Retail Banking, Collection, and Digital/IT divisions
• Identify, approach, and close deals for AI voice bot / customer engagement solutions with banking institutions
• Own end-to-end deal cycles: from executive introduction through POC scoping, negotiation, and contract close
• Grow revenue from closed accounts — driving adoption, upsell, and renewals
