Teltonika’s telematics business unit develops and produces easy‑to‑use GPS tracking devices for fleet management in logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. We set new standards for the industry and need a talent‑driven team that can adapt their knowledge and seize opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, motivate, and maintain your own sales team representing Teltonika Telematics.
• Execute strategic plans to reach sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Direct and manage the performance and development of your team.
• Provide training and counselling for individual team members to ensure targets are met.
• Act as a playing coach in all sales processes until the sales team can operate independently...
