To grow sales by providing total logistics solutions and managing smooth operations for corporate and relocation clients. 【Job Details】
- Make sales proposals for sea freight, air freight, and overseas moving services to corporate clients and expats.
- Receive customer requests, arrange survey schedules, and confirm shipping conditions and schedules.
- Manage the full process, including packing, pickup, warehouse, customs clearance, sea/air transport, and local delivery.
- Communicate and coordinate with customers, agents, overseas offices, and internal departments.
- Prepare quotations, check extra charges and invoices, control delivery schedules, and report progress.
- Guide customers on required documents and collect them, and explain restricted and prohibited items.
- Follow up with existing customers, make improvement suggestions, and propose upselling.
