We are looking for
 a driven and enthusiastic SE Team Lead (m/w/d),or our Nordics region, who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team


Your role in BizAway
As a Team Lead, you will guide a 6-8 team of Outbound full-cycle Sales Executives to success. Your main responsibilities will be: 
Leading negotiations with potential clients from Discovery to Implementation (as part of your onboarding, you will carry a personal quota) 
Raising the bar for your team to consistently meet revenue targets 
Forecasting new business revenue, giving full visibility of your team’s deal pipeline 
Collaborate with Implementation and Customer Success to ensure a smooth activation and handover of signed accounts 
Collaborate with the SDR Team to improve pipeline quality, in a positive feedback loop.
Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth...
