Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through outbound and inbound calling.
  • Qualify leads, coordinate site visit schedules, and conduct property site visits with prospective clients.
  • Conduct property presentations and client meetings.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain CRM records.
  • Convert prospects into bookings and achieve sales targets.
  • Coordinate with developers and clients for smooth closures.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in real estate sales, telecalling, or inside sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Experience in lead generation, site visits, and sales closures.
  • Target-driven with a customer-focused approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
