The position requires a candidate with an understanding of the product’s technical capabilities or a willingness to learn and develop these skills. This ensures effective customer engagement, accurate product representation, and seamless service delivery.

Sales Activities

• Support lead generation.

• Record client interactions, feedback, and sales activities for tracking and reporting.

• Contact clients post purchase to confirm satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify upselling opportunities.

• Collect competitor information, pricing trends, and customer preferences to support sales strategy.

Customer Service
